Organises classes, but doesn’t deliver training yet (but will do so ‘after coronavirus’). Focuses on ‘learning through technology’. ‘Technical solutions’. Since Feb 2020, involved in e-learning platforms, e.g. Moodle. (They use Adobe Connect!) Why English? A lot of documentation is in English; talks with providers in English – online meetings. Recommend online units, plus ‘Meetings’ skills work.

- Lives 15 km to the south of Barcelona, Spain. Also speaks a little German. Has worked for the VW group for 8 years. Is the Sales manager for the Skoda brand in Spain. Closes deals with major partners. Works with the rental car companies on brokering deals. Attends conference calls with German colleagues about once a week. Goes to the German headquarters once a month to have discussions about car rental and strategic direction. Also has many meetings with international sales managers as well. Would like to improve speaking and writing and build knowledge of vocabulary about various topics.
